This report aims to:

» report on the outcome of the 2005 Community survey of Blackbutt & Benarkin

» measure the demographic of the district

» report on the gaps and associated needs of its community, and

» highlight the need for expansion of service delivery by both state & federal governments, and our

» recommendations to all tiers of government

The report is divided into three sections:
